Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is recognized as one of the premiere fitness centers for Seniors in the state of Utah. We have customized several of our programs to fit the lifestyles and abilities of our active seniors.

Senior Rate Discount

Senior members receive a discount on membership rates and rates for individual programs and activities within the facility. For more information see our Membership Rates or call our main office at 801.943.3190.

Senior Membership Definition

A senior is an individual who is 62 years of age or older. A senior couple membership may be purchased if one spouse meets this requirement.

The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Your SilverSneakers membership includes access to our basic amenties with older-adult friendly features such as heated pools with adult-only hours for lap swimming, indoor tack, new state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and circuit training. Regular participation in SilverSneakers can help you build muscular strength, improve joint mobility and increase cardiovascular endurance, leading to improved health and greater independence.
