Note: ALL refunds are subject to administrative approval.

Membership Refunds

Full refund will be offered up to one week after purchase, unless pictures have been taken, then a $10.00 service charge will be retained. After one week and up to 30 days, a 50% refund will be given. Over 30 days, all refund requests must be made in writing to the Director of the Service Area.

Swimming, Skating, Hockey and Tennis Lessons

Full refund or credit if class is cancelled 2 days prior to first day of lesson. Cancellations on the 1st day of class 75% refund, 2nd day of class 60% refund, 3rd day of class 45% refund. Fourth day of class and thereafter refunds or credits will not be issued.

Cottonwood Heights Aquatics Team

Voluntary withdrawal from the team does not constitute a justification for refund.

Specialty Classes

No refunds will be offered on the $10.00 deposit unless the class is cancelled by the Recreation Center. This is a non-refundable deposit to hold the patron's place. Refund of the balance will be decided individually by the class coordinator.

Pavilion Reservations

No refunds will be made on cancelled reservations, but reservations may be changed to another available date. Rain checks for inclement weather will only be issued within 48 hours of the date of the reservation, and may also be used for another available date.

Tennis Courts

A rain check will be issued for inclement weather, (if applied for within 24 hours of the cancellation). A refund will be made if there is an error in scheduling.

Resale Items

No refunds on personal items - swim suits, shampoo, lotion, goggles, etc. All other refunds will be made with a receipt and the approval of the shift manager.

Admissions

All refund requests for admissions will be handled by the shift manager. No refunds for inclement weather.

Freestyle

Credit will only be given to skaters who are injured or sick and who have notified the office prior to the scheduled session.
