Sheila Benson (x. 198)
Sheila specializes in an affordable, efficient 30 minute supervised workout, followed by an instructed unsupervised cardio workout. Sheila trains with an emphasis on posture, body balance, intervals, functional core and enhancing activities clients participate in outside the gym. Working with Sheila provides motivation, improved technical skills, breaking through plateaus and confidence.
Sheila has instructed tennis, coached youth soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball. She enjoys keeping herself and her clients inspired in all aspects of physical fitness. Fitness and health has always been a driving force in Michelle's life. She has skied for many years competitively and enjoys running marathons,biking, hiking, and swimming. Michelle believes that exercise should not only bring RESULTS but should also be FUN.
Michelle is passionate about educating her clients in exercise and nutrition and helping them achieve their goals. Angie is certified as a personal trainer through ITFA.
