We are currently offering the following aerobics classses:

Boot Camp - Designed to work endurance, strengthen muscle fibers, and improve overall cardiovascular fitness with sports moves, interval training, and plyometric drills. This is an excellent addition to any workout.

Step/ABS - Nonstop cardio workout for a strong heart and fat burn. Consists of floor or step intervals, with intense abdominal and lower back exercises to finish the class.

Fusion - Fusion provides continuous movement utilizing yoga poses and pilates techniques. It uses safe low impact moves that challenge your aerobic fitness while toning your entire body.

Fit & Fabulous - 40 minute class which includes cardio, weights, and stretching. Designed to help you get fit and keep moving! Great class for beginners.

Kickboxing - Intense and advanced class without choreographed routines. Includes boxing, sports drills, kickboxing, and overall conditioning. Both an anaerobic and aerobic fitness class. Great for men and women.

Multi-Step - Designed for a great cardio workout on one to three benches. Includes lots of movement and fun choreography.

Muscle-Up - Bar, plates, dumbbells, and bands will be used during this demanding resistance class. You will work all muscle groups, starting with your legs and finishing with your abdominals. This class will make your fitness program complete and is a must for total body fitness

Nia - Combines carefully selected movements and concepts from Yoga, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jazz, and Modern Dance. Designed for a total-body workout for any sport or activity. Cardiovascular conditioning and cross-training included.

Pilates - Involves both flexibility and core strength while improving breathing, balance, and posture. Designed for all levels of fitness.

Zumba - Combines Latin and International music/dance themes to maximize caloric output and fat burning to create total body toning. Utilizes interval and resistance training with easy-to-follow fast and slow dance steps.

Yoga - This class combines cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility while building yoga poses.

Cardio Combo - This class combines a variety of Cardio options along with Pilates and strength exercises. A little of everything in one hour!

Fit Kids - Designed for ages 5-14 wanting to gain flexibility, strength and endurance.
