We are currently offering the following aerobics classses:

Fun with Drums -Work out to the beat! Drumsticks are used on fitness alls to give you a cross workout of cardio, coordination, and flexibility.

Fit & Fabulous - 40 minute calss which includes cardio, weights, and stretching. Designed to hlep you get git and keep moving! Great class for beginners!

Muscle Up - Bar, plates, dumbbells, and band swill be used during this demanding resistance class. You will work all muscle groups starting with your legs and finishing with your abs. This class will make your fitness program complete and is a must for total body fitness.

DanceWorks - Every body is welcome! A pleasurable way to move your body and get fit that incorporates different styles of movement. From slow and lyrical, to quick and percussive, each class offers the opportunity to unite your mind and body as you move through these fresh and unique works. DanceWorks fits all bodies, works for all ages, and can be adjusted to fit the needs of an advanced to a beginning student of movement.

Kickboxing - Intense and advanced class without choreographed routines. Includes boxing, sports drills, kickboxing, and overall conditioning. Both an anaerobic and aerobic fitness class that's great for men and women.

Pilates - This class inproves both flexibility and core strength while improving breathing, balance, and posture. Designed for all levels of fitness.

Yoga - This class combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility while building yoga poses.

Zumba - This class combines Latin and international easy-to-follow fast and slow dance steps to create total body toning. It is designed as a "Club Dance" atmosphere, so the volume of the music is load (ear-plugs are recommended if you have sensitive ears.)

Practical Yoga - A class that utilizes a variety of applied styles and techniques that will help you overcome challenges and reach your yoga goals.

Ripped Circuit - This high intense cross-training cardio class will meet all your fitness needs. A great workout for all levels (modifications are provided) comprised of 60-second stations for one solid hour. We'll use high impact, bands, weights, calisthenics--- you name it!

10-10-10 - An intense cross-training cardio class comprised of 5 to 10 min. sessions of the following formats, which will be chosen by the CHRC instructor: kickboxing, stepping, dancing, drills, calisthenics, power yoga,low and high aerobics, abs, and weights/motion combos.

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement - Everybody is welcome to join this class, whether a member of SilverSneakers or not. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weight, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support if needed (SilverSneakers is a mark of Healthways, Inc.)

Cardiac Boot Camp - Join the Drill Master for an intense crdio workout focusing on strength and endurance. Great class for young adults training for sports.
