Our beautiful Olympic sized ice arena is open for public skating, figure skating and hockey along with many classes and programs. The Ice Arena hours are subject to change due to lessons and special events; please see below to view these hours monthly.

Public Ice Skating

Please check specific dates as availability may vary month by month due to skating competitions, holidays, etc. 

  • No carrying other skaters (especially children) under any circumstances
  • Skate Guards have the authority to remove you from the ice, if necessary
  • Adult/guardian supervision required for all skaters 8 & under
  • If you fall, get up immediately, unless you are injured
  • Food and/or drinks are not permitted on the ice
  • Please don’t sit on the dasher boards
  • Tag/chase games are not allowed
  • Please be courteous of others
  • Skate at your own risk
  • Members: Free
  • Youth: $4.50
  • Adults: $5.50
  • Seniors: $4.50
  • Groups: $4.00 (8+ with reservations. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.)

Drop-in Hockey (14 & Up Only)

  • Pick Up Games
  • Skaters must pay for each session BEFORE getting on the ice and must provide threspective admission card to the CHRC staff member at the entrance to the rink
  • Holding team practices/blocking of sections of the ice is not allowed
  • Players under 18 must wear full protective gear
  • Drop-In - $5/Skater per session, goalies play for free
  • No fighting or overly-physical play
  • Please be courteous of others
  • Skate at your own risk
  • Schedule can change at any time with little or no notice - please check monthly schedule above 

Freestyle Sessions

  • Please check in with the monitor before stepping on the ice.
  • Skaters 13 years of age or younger must have a parent/guardian or Skate Pro present in order to get on the ice.
  • The Golden Rule is always in effect. Treat those around you as you wish to be treated.
  • Be cautious and alert at all times. Skaters performing their program with their music have the “Right of Way”.
  • Spins should be practice near the middle of the ice.
  • No kicking the ice, no yelling or offensive language.
  • Skaters must keep moving unless receiving instructions from a pro; social hours should happen off the ice.
  • Pro’s can “bump” music.
  • No Food or drink rink side. Water bottles with lids are allowed, as well as tissue boxes.
  • No sitting on the hockey side boards.
  • No personal music devices on the ice (iPods, phones, etc.).
  • Please be patient and courteous to everyone on the ice.
  • Ice monitor or any skate Pro can remove you from the ice.
  • Skate at your own risk.

Stick 'n Puck (All Ages)

  • For individual or one-on-one practice/skill development - 
  • Skaters must pay for each session BEFORE getting on the ice and must provide the respective admission card to the CHRC staff member at the entrance to the rink
  • Holding team practices/blocking of sections of the ice is not allowed
  • $5/Skater per session, including goalies and coaches
  • No cones or other obstacles allowed on the ice
  • Please be courteous of others
  • No “drop-in” games allowed
  • Skate at your own risk
  • Schedule can change at any time with little or no notice - please check monthly schedule above.
