As resident property taxes help support CHRC, Resident Rates are discounted. Our Resident Service Area boundaries are:
North Boundary - Approximately 6560 South
South Boundary - Little Cottonwood Creek until it intersects 8600 South
East Boundary - The Federal Reserve Line (roughly the mountains)
West Boundary - Approximately 1400 East
Boundary Exceptions: Alta Hills #1, Oakcrest #1, Willowcreek #14, Creekside Estates #14 and Tanglewood subdivision.
If you do not live in our Service Area Resident boundaries, you are still welcome to become a Non-Resident member at a rate that allows everyone to enjoy our facility. You must provide proof of residency, such as a current utility bill, with your name and address on it to receive the Resident rate (a driver's license will not work). Cottonwood Heights Parks & Recreation is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Cottonwood Heights Parks & Recreation
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
