Located in the southwest corner of the ice arena, the Party Room is only availible during public skate hours. See Public Skate hours HERE.
Reservations: $50/per session (does NOT include skater admission)
PARTY ROOM RESERVATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE SKATER ADMISSION AND IS FOR ROOM RENTAL ONLY
The renter is liable for any damage or excessive clean up of the Party Room during their rental other than tradional use.

Adult Skate Admission (18-16): $7.00
Youth Skate Admission (3-17): $5.00
Senior Skate Admission (62+): $6.00

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PARTY ROOM RENTALS
Reservations are available 45 days in advance and are subject to cancelations by CHRC.
Rentals are permitted for community purposes only (e.g, birthday parties, sporting organization/board meetings, baby/wedding showers, trainings, etc.).
Ice Party room can be rented for the entire public skate session only, and cannot be broekn down into hourly blocks.
No Refunds or Credits will be issued within 48 hours of party date.
No glitter, confetti, or other hard-to-remove decor allowed in the party room.
All Skaters MUST wear wristband.
20 people max (per fire code)
3 Tables and 20 chairs (additional tables/chairs not avaliable)
**Due to the variety of activities which occur in this room, tables and chairs are located against one of the respective walls and ARE NOT setup by default. Renter is expected to take care of table/chair setup, as necessary, with setup expected to take place within their reservation window.**
You may NOT enter the room early to set up or decorate.
You MUST exic the room at the time your reservations ends.
As per CHRC policy no alcoholic beverages are allowed on CHRC property.
GLASS containers ARE NOT ALLOWED in the party room, including glass water bottles
Any other food or drink is allowed
Room does NOT have a fridge, freezer or sink.
Maintaining a neutral stance in the community, CHRC does not permit political, religous or sales meetings.
CHECK IN PROCESS
Upon arrival you MUST check in at the front desk to recieve your guests wristbands.
Collateral (credit card) required for wristbands.
You do NOT need to know exact number of guests at check in.
After your party you will bring all extra wristbands back to the desk and we will charge you for the ones you used.
All skaters MUST wear wristbands to recieve skates as well as on the ice.
Please resolve your wristband admission balance no less than 15 minutes previous to session end time.
